Here's another card that I made with my Stampin' Up! Kindness Matters stamp set. I love how it turned out, the colors are soft and it has sort of an antique look. I love the butterflies stamp because it has so much detail. Here's how I made it:
First cut a 6" x 9" piece of brown card stock and fold it in half for the base, a 4 1/4" x 5 3/4" piece of patterned paper for the front layer, 4 1/4" piece of light blue card stock (start tearing it at 5 3/4"), a 2" x 3 1/4" piece of vanilla for the image, and a 1" x 4 1/4" piece of vanilla for the left strip.
Then sponge all edges with Stampin' Up! Chocolate Chip ink. Next using a Stamp a ma jig, stamp the doilies along the inside edge of the vanilla strip in Stampin' Up! Soft Sky ink. Then cut out the label behind the butterflies with a Spellbinders Labels Seventeen die and sponge it's edges with Chocolate Chip ink. Next stamp the butterflies with a stamp positioner in Stazon Jet Black ink then color them with Soft Sky ink and either an aqua painter or blender pen. Then cut a piece of vanilla card stock with a Stampin' Up! Bitty Banners Framelits die and stamp the sentiment. Next attach the vanilla strip with the doilies to the torn light blue card stock and attach the ribbon. Then attach the light blue card stock to the front layer, attach the label to front layer then attach the self-adhesive pearls. Next attach the butterflies over the label, the sentiment to the bottom of the butterflies with mini pop dots, then the first layer to the base and enjoy!
