I made this cute card with my Stampin' Up! Happy Heart Day stamp set. Isn't it absolutely adorable? It's one of my favorite Valentine's day sets. I love how this card turned out. I used the center step technique and it's another one of my favorite techniques. It looks complicated but it's a lot easier than I had thought. Here's how to make it:
