Pearl Ex-Heated Pearls
Supplies
White school glue
Pearl Ex
Stipple Brush
Embossing heat tool
Glossy cardstock (I used black for this tutorial. You can use white as well.)
Step-by-Step
Step 1
Squeeze a good amount of glue in the center of the glossy cardstock.
Step 2
Spread glue over the cardstock with the stipple brush.
Step 3
Drop small amounts of Pearl Ex on the glue-covered cardstock. Repeat with another color or more. I used Aztec Gold with Super Russet.
Step 4
Stipple until the Pearl Ex is evenly distributed on the cardstock.
HINT: When finished, put the stipple brush in water or rinse immediately to prevent the glue from drying in the bristles.
Step 5
Heat glue mixture with heat tool. Bubbles will form. Once it doesn't bubble anymore, the background is done.
Step 6
Finish your card.
